Since our deliveries are handled quickly by a logistics company and transferred to the delivery company at the highest priority, if an order is cancelled that has already been shipped, but not yet received, the user will bear the cost of the original and return deliveries at a cost of NIS 48 + VAT.

A product can be returned or replaced after it has been received, up to 14 days from the date the product was received, with the order's details and a detailed explanation sent in via email to: info@annabella-pump.com.

Terms for replacement: the product has not been used, it is in its original packaging and no defect has been caused to the packaged product, and the original receipt has been provided.

The company is entitled to request proof, such as a photograph of the product, in order to verify that the product indeed has not been used.

After a service representative approves your request, they will coordinate an address of your choice for the collection of the product. The cost of the return delivery, from the customer's desired address, is NIS 25 + VAT. [u1] 

After the product has been returned to the company and examined, and if required, reimbursement will be completed within 14 business days. The reimbursement will be carried out for the means of payment used by the customer to purchase the product.

The amount of reimbursement is the amount of the order, less the cost of return delivery of 5% of the order, or NIS 100, whichever is less.

When choosing to return a product by having it collected from a home address, there could be delays for remote locations, such as Eilat, Arava communities, communities in Judea and Samaria, and the Golan Heights. The estimated delivery time to these locations is 9 business days.

The delivery times are Sunday - Thursday, 8:00-21:30. It is recommended to choose an address you will be in during these hours.
